NEET Application form 2019- The National Test Agency the exam conducting body for NEET 2019 exam released the NEET Application form 2019 on 1st November 2018. The registration process and correction process of the NEET application form is over now. Candidates must ensure that they fill the application form prior to the last date. As per the official notification, ‘The official notification on the website reads, ‘The photograph uploaded by the aspirants without Name and Date and white background is acceptable. The Application form will not be rejected in this case.’ NEET 2019 applications for those candidates who only have these mistakes in their application form, need not make the corrections to their applications. Registered candidates can download the NEET admit card on 15th April 2019 from the official website. NEET 2019 aspirants must fulfill the minimum requirements in order to be deemed eligible for filling the application form of NEET 2019.

NTA has replaced CBSE as the conducting body of NEET 2019 and it will be conducted on May 5, 2019. The mode of conducting the exam will be offline only which means candidates will be provided OMR sheet wherein they will be asked to submit responses. Only those candidates who will successfully submit the NEET 2019 application form will be eligible to take the entrance exam. NEET 2019 aspirants must fulfill the minimum requirements in order to be deemed eligible for filling the application form of NEET 2019. we suggest you, before filling the application form, check  NEET Eligibility Criteria first.

NEET 2019 Application form- Correction Window Closed

The exam-conducting body has started the correction window for registration form of the candidates from 14th January to 31st January 2019. After this, no correction shall be entertained under any circumstances. As per the updated notification released by NTA, the photograph without white background and signature are acceptable. NTA will not reject the application form.

Follow These Steps for NEET 2019 Application Form Correction 

  • In order to make a correction, aspirants need to log in to the official website of NEET-
  • After login, the left side of the page will have show the option of ‘One Time Correction’. 
  • Click on the option and go to your application form, verify all the mentioned details.
  • In order to make a correction for any of the details, edit the detail and then click on "save" option
  • The correction slip of NEET application form will appear on the screen, and a printout must be taken for future references.

How to fill NEET Application Form 2019?

Candidates must be careful while filling up the NEET 2019 application form and to avoid any errors they should go one by one through the steps which are mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration

The first step towards the application form process is ''Registration", to register yourself, candidates have to provide some required details such as the name of the candidate, email id and contact number. As per specification, candidates have to create a password enter a security question A provisional application number will be displayed on the screen. This will be the login ID for the application form process. Once the registration process is over candidates will have to log in using their login ID and password.

Step 2: Filling up the Application form

While filling up the application form candidate should fill the accurate details as mentioned in their class 10th Certificate. Candidates have to fill required details like personal details, academic details, choice of exam centre, choice of medium of question paper etc.

Step 3: Uploading of scanned documents

candidates are required to upload required scanned documents i.e. Photographs and Signature

  • Passport size photograph
  • white background photograph is required
  • Candidate name and date mentioned on the photograph (JPG format)
  • The required size of the photograph is 10 Kb to 100 Kb.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee

The NEET 2019 application form fee for General Category candidates is Rupees 1400/- and for Reserved category candidates its Rupees 750/-. Candidates can pay the fee through Net banking/debit card/credit card or through e-challan of SBI.

Step 5: Printing out of the Acknowledgment receipt

The last step after the fee payment takes a printout of acknowledging page for future reference.

Candidates are required to keep a few things handy before they start filling the application form. So that they will ensure a smooth flow in the application process. Candidates must also ensure that they use a secured browser for filling up the application form of NEET 2019. Things which are required for the application form has mentioned below.

  • Valid Mobile Number

  • Valid Email Address

  • Class 10th details and Class 10+2 details

  • A photo-identity proof (if required)

  • Scanned passport sized photograph (in the image), signature and other documents (if applicable)

  • Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)

Points To Remember At The Time Of Application Process

  • Application form other than online mode will not be accepted.
  • If Step-2 and Step-3 are not completed then, final submission of Application Form will remain incomplete. Authority will reject the application form directly.

  • No request for refund of fee once paid by the aspirant will be entertained by NTA.

  • Fill all the details in the application form carefully, go through the eligibility criteria once.
