About NEET 2018

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is an offline entrance examination for admission to around 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats offered in government as well as private/deemed medical and dental colleges of India. As per the directive of the Supreme Court of India, all the MBBS and BDS admissions in medical and dental colleges will be done on the basis of NEET scores. From all government medical and dental colleges, 15% seats will be reserved for All India Quota candidates, which will be allotted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The remaining 85% seats will be allotted by designated state counselling committee.
