NEET UG online registrations FAQs

Question: I just submitted NEET 2018 application fee but could not generate confirmation page. Why?
Answer – This is unusual. The confirmation page gets generated everytime the fee has been paid properly. The fact that you are not seeing the confirmation page means your fee has not been received on the NIC portal. Hence, the page has not been generated. In case you are confident that you have paid the fee and confirmation page has still not been generated, then it is advisable that you take a printout of the confirmation page in the next 24 hours as there might be some delay in updation on the NIC server from your payment gateway. This updation does not take more than 24 hours. Even after 24 hours if the confirmation page still does not show up, then it is advised that you pay the application fee again and take a printout. The extra fee paid by you will be refunded in your account.

Question: I made the double payment. Additional fee has still not been refunded. When can I expect it?
Answer – It is usually done so within 7 working days to the same account from which the payment was made. This goes as per the policy of the bank.

Question: I submitted the form. Now I want to pay the application fee. The issue is, I am unable to see the Step 3 page, payment of fee. What do I do?

Answer – The window will be open for submission up to 30 minutes. After that, the session expires. In case if it is taking you more time, then it is advisable that you submit one part of the application and save it as draft. This way, you will be able to complete the application form.
