The Result of SBI Clerk Mains 2016 will be declared in the first week of July 2016. As per reports, around 60,000 candidates will qualify the Mains Exam of SBI Clerk 2016. Out of this, only 19575 candidates will be given appointment. The candidates who will qualify the SBI Clerk Mains by securing the Cut off Score decided by the bank will be called for the Interview. The Interview of SBI Clerk 2016 is expected to be held in the mid of July 2016. The Final Result of SBI is expected to be released in the last week of July 2016. According to the exam analysis of both Day 1 & Day 2 it is seen that the paper of the SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2016 was moderate to difficult. The candidates looked disappointed after appearing for the paper. Nothing can be predicted in terms of the Cut off of SBI Clerk Mains since the SBI Clerk Prelims Cut off went very high.
The passing marks in each of the tests will be decided by the Bank on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level. Candidates are also required to score a minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon). Minimum percentage marks on aggregate will be decided by the bank.
What details will the SBI Clerk Mains Scorecard 2016 contain?
The Scorecard of SBI Clerk Mains 2016 will contain the number of sections, total marks, Cut off as per sections and scores, marks obtained by the candidates , total marks secured, minimum qualifying marks, marks secured in the written & Interview. Minimum qualifying marks in Interview as per category, marks in Interview as per category, overall marls secured by last ranked selected candidates.
How will the candidates placed for Interview
Candidates qualifying in the SBI Clerk Mains Exam will be placed according to their marks in descending order in respective categories. Depending upon number of vacancies only certain number of candidates from among those who qualify by ranking high enough in the merit will be called for Interview in the ratio of maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy. Candidates are required to score a minimum percentage marks (to be decided by the bank) in interview to be considered for final selection. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC/PWD/XS category will be available thereon.

Interview call letters will be uploaded on the Bank's website after declaration of result of SBI Clerk Mains 2016. Candidates will have to download the same from our website. No hard copy of interview call letter will be sent by post
What is language test in Interview?
Those who produce 10th standard mark sheet/certificate evidencing having studied official (local) language will not be subjected to any Language test. In case of others, language test will be conducted at the time of interview (if interview is held) /before final selection (if interview is not held). Candidates not found to be proficient in official and/or local language would be disqualified.
The Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Mains Exam and Interview. The candidates who clear the Cut off of SBI Clerk 2016 will be given appointment in various branches of SBI.
Where will the Final Result declared?
The Result of SBI Clerk 2016 of the candidates qualified for Interview and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on the Bank’s Website. Final select list will be published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar.
