SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2019The State Bank of India releases the SBI clerk exam pattern 2019. The application form is to be released in the 3rd week of January 2019 for SBI clerk entrance exam. The SBI in reality releases the SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019 for two tiers of the complete exam i.e. the prelims and the mains. SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019 includes the time of the exam, number of questions, number of sections, marks distribution according to the sections, time duration of the sections, marking schemes and the total marks. The SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019 states that the exam will be only in online mode that is the computer based mode and in multiple shifts. One of the noteworthy aspects is that the marking scheme of the exam remains for both the tiers. The SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019 brings into notice about the topics according to the sections and weightage to give more importance to the more important ones. The SBI Clerk exam pattern 2018 shows that the preliminary exam had 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) from English, Reasoning and Numerical Ability to be done in 60 minutes and the mains exam of SBI Clerk consisted of 190 questions to be done in 160 minutes. SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2019 – Language Test for local language

Candidates producing 10th standard mark sheet/certificate denoting that they have studied the official (local) language are not to be liable to any language test. For other candidates, before the final section, the candidates will need to do the language test. Candidates who do not qualify will be out of the exam process and will not be allowed for the final section of the exam.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2019 Marking Scheme:

  • For both the stages of the exam i.e. preliminary and mains the marking scheme released by the SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019 are same.

  • 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer and 1/4th of a mark will be deducted for every wrong answer according to the SBI clerk exam pattern 2019.

  • Questions which are not attempted bear no loss i.e. no negative marking for these questions as per the SBI Clerk exam pattern 2019.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2019- Highlights:

  • Exam language: The online exam question paper will be in either the language English or in Hindi language (For English language/General English paper, the language will be English only).

  • Online exam Question paper: The candidates can attempt the sections according to their convenience.

  • Question type: The online question paper will have only objective questions i.e. multiple choice questions. All the candidates need to choose one right answer out of the given choices for each of the questions. The only section which will not have the MCQs or the multiple choice questions is the English descriptive test.
