Step 1: New Registration
Click on the link hosted here on this page
On the redirected page, the registration login window will open
For registration, candidates should enter their name, date of birth, parents name, email ID and contact number.
On successful registration, candidates will be provided with registration number and password.
Candidates who have registered earlier should login directly with their registration number and password.
Step 2: Uploading of photograph and signature
OIn the second step, candidates need to upload a scanned photograph and signature in the format laid down in the guidelines for applying.
The scanned photograph image should be in the dimension 200 x 230 pixels (preferred). The size of file should be between 20kb – 50kb. The size of the scanned image should not be more than 50kb.
The scanned image of the signature should be in the dimension 140 x 60 pixels (preferred). Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb.
Step 3: Filling up of basic information
This part involves entering basic details such as category, post applied for, state, circle, official language, exam centre etc. Applicants will also have to enter their educational qualification details – secondary, higher secondary, graduation. In the professional experience column, candidates will have to enter their year of experience.
Step 4: Preview of application form
Before submitting the SBI Clerk 2018 application form, applicants should carefully go through the details entered inthe form by clicking on the preview tab. Candidates can make changes in the data entered by them in this part. No changes will be entertained after final submission of the application form.
Step 5: Payment of fee
After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay fees. The application fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs 600 and for SC/ST/PWD/XS category candidates is Rs 100. State Bank of India (SBI) had released notification for recruitment to 9633 vacancies for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre. The recruitment will be carried out in two stages - Preliminary and Mains. The preliminary examination will be conducted on June 23, 24 and June 30, while the main exam will be held on August 5. Candidates applying successfully for the exam before the last date will be issued SBI Clerk prelims admit card on June 6. The admit card of SBI Clerk 2018 mains exam will be issued on July 23.
