Equation of S.H.M. -

a=-\frac{d^{2}x}{dt^{2}}= -w^{2}x

w= \sqrt{\frac{k}{m}}

 

- wherein

x= A\sin \left ( wt+\delta \right )

 

 

 

x=Xsin(wt)

v = dx/dt=Xwcos(wt)

a=d2x/dt=-Xw2sin(wt)

 

given V max=Xw =16  

and a max =Xw2 =24

x=32/3
