The work function of metal can be calculated as: 

\frac{hc}{\lambda_1}-\phi=\frac{1}{2}m(2v)^2.....(1)\\ \frac{hc}{\lambda_2}-\phi=\frac{1}{2}m(v)^2.......(2)\\ solving\ \phi=1.9eV
