To download JEE Main admit card, you have to visit the login page, enter your application number, date of birth, security pin seen on screen and click on submit. You do not have to enter your password to avail the admit card. You have to be careful while filling the credentials as you will not be able to download the admit card in case of discrepancies.
However, if you have lost your password, you can retrieve the same by going to the login window and clicking on ‘I can’t access my account’. After this you have to choose ‘I forgot my Password’. There are three methods through which you can access the password. One is by entering the security question and answer you chose for it while filling JEE Main application form. If you do not remember the security question or its answer or both, you can also access the password using your registered mobile number. Once you enter the correct mobile number, a verification code will be sent to it via text message. By entering that verification code, you will be able to retrieve your password. Another method to retrieve your password is by using your registered email address. A reset link will be sent to the mail ID, clicking on which, you can change the password.
In another instance where you have lost your application number, you can click on ‘Forgot application number’ and retrieve the same. You will be redirected to a window where you have to enter your name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, state of eligibility and security pin. You should see to it that each of these details are correctly typed in order to retrieve the application number. Every time you enter the security pin, make sure that it is typed exactly as seen on screen since the security pin is case sensitive.
