Ratio of root mean square speed of Helium to Argon gas at the same temperature can be calculated by using this formula:

v_{rms}\propto \frac{1}{\sqrt{M}}\\\frac{v_{rms_1}}{v_{rms_2}}=\sqrt{\frac{M_2}{M_1}}=\sqrt{10}
