MET Eligibility Criteria 2019- Manipal Entrance Test (MET) has been conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). MET is a university level exam held annually for the aspiring applicants to get admission various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The university will provide the 16 different B.tech Courses for the admission. MAHE has issued the official notification regarding all the important events on the official website only. MET eligibility criteria 2019 for B. Tech Programmes

Applicants who are appearing for the MET 2019 must have to check the eligibility criteria before submitting the application form. As per the guidelines applicants have to meet the following prescribed criteria:

1. Nationality

The applicants must a citizen of India.

2. Educational Qualification

Applicants who are appearing must be qualified 10+2 class or equivalent exam from a recognized Board or University/College.

3. Compulsory Subjects

In 10+2 class or equivalent exam, applicants must have studied the Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or any technical vocational subject as optional to become eligible for the MET 2019 examination.

4. Minimum Marks Required in 10+2 class or equivalent exam

Applicants must have to get 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects in 10+2 board, A level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent.  

5. Age limit

As per the notification of concerned authorizes there is no minimum age requirement to become eligible for the examination.

6. Minimum Marks required in MET

Applicants have to secure 50% marks in the MET 2019 examination to become eligible for the counseling and recruitment process.

MET eligibility criteria 2019 for B. Pharm Programmes

1. Nationality

The applicants must a citizen of India.

2. Educational Qualification

Applicants who are appearing must be qualified 10+2 class or equivalent exam from a recognized Board or University/College with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Computer Science as optional or subject.

3. Date of Birth

Applicants born on or before the 31/12/2002 are eligible to apply for the examination.

MET eligibility criteria 2019 for PharmD Programmes

1. Nationality

The applicants must a citizen of India.

2. Educational Qualification

Applicants who are appearing must be qualified 10+2 class or equivalent exam from a recognized Board or University/College with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects and Mathematics/ Biology as optional or subject.

3. Date of Birth

Applicants born on or before the 31/12/2002 are eligible to apply for the examination.

4. Equivalent Qualification

Applicants who have qualified the D Pharm or any other equivalent qualification from the Pharmacy Council of India will be eligible to apply.

  • An applicant who will meet the eligibility criteria would not be eligible for admission as they have to score the prescribed marks in the entrance examination to become eligible.
