KCET-2019

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will be going to conduct KCET 2019 in offline mode tentatively in the third week of April. It is state level entrance test otherwise also called as Karnataka CET. KCET 2019 will be held for admissions in the first year of engineering, agriculture, pharmacy & various other courses into the participating engineering colleges of the state. Different colleges and universities of Karnataka will offer admission based on KCET scores. For admission in medical & dental courses, you need to qualify the NEET 2019 exam. Based on the score of JEE Main (Paper 2) and NATA exam, architecture courses admission will be done. KCET Eligibility Criteria 2019

If you are appearing for KCET 2019  then it is important to meet certain eligibility criteria for admissions into the participating Universities/Institutes. The criteria will consist of certain requirements related to the candidates’ age, scores and more. If you don't seem to be eligible and apply online then their is chances that KEA will reject your form.


 

  • Nationality – The candidates must be an Indian citizen.

  • Academic Qualification – The candidates should have passed 12th standard examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following – Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer/Electronics. Should have also studied English.

  • Marks Required – The candidates should have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the three subjects in 12th standard examination. SC/ST/OBC candidates should have scored at least 40%.


 

KCET Application Form 2019

The application form of KCET 2019 will be released by KEA in online mode likely from the first week of February to the third week of March. You need to fill the application form according to the information required. It is important that the details filled has to be valid and accurate otherwise application form will be rejected. Before filling the KCET 2019 application form, you are advised to go through the eligibility criteria.

KCET EXAM PATTERN 2019

While preparing for the exam, you are advised to check the exam pattern of KCET 2019. Through the exam pattern, you will get familiar with how the examination is conducted. Details about the mode of exam, type, and the number of questions asked, marking scheme and also you will be able to prepare well for the examination.
