How to challenge JEE Main Answer Key 2018?

Candidates can challenge JEE 2018 answer key released by CBSE. The window to make challenges against official answer key has been activated from April 24 to 27, 2018. Candidates who want to raise an objection have to fill an online application form and pay Rs. 1000 per question through Credit/Debit Card. The responses challenged by the students will be reviewed by the expert committee. In case, the challenges are accepted, the fee will be refunded. The final decision regarding JEE Main Solutions key 2018 will be taken by CBSE and no communication will be entertained further. How to calculate scores using JEE Main 2018 answer key?

To calculate the correct estimated score using JEE answer key, candidates must have clarity about the marking scheme. As per JEE Main exam pattern, the question booklet will have a total 90 questions from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with maximum 360 marks. Candidates can check question distribution, total marks and marking scheme of JEE Main 2018 paper 1 from the table given below:

JEE Main Paper 2 Answer Key 2018

The answer key of JEE Main paper 2 to be released between April 24 to 27, 2018. Paper 2 of JEE Main will have questions from three sections- Mathematics, Aptitude and Drawing. The question paper of JEE Main paper 2 comprises 30 questions from Mathematics and 50 questions from aptitude test section. JEE Main answer key 2018 consists correct responses to questions asked in Mathematics and aptitude test sections only. The marking scheme of JEE Main paper 2 for the objective type questions is similar to paper 1. JEE Main Result 2018

The result of JEE Main paper 1 will be declared online on April 30, 2018. While the result of JEE Main for paper 2 will be released on May 31. The result for both the papers will be available online and candidates can download JEE Main scorecard through their application number and date of birth. JEE Main result displays the subject wise and overall score obtained by candidates. The result will also include JEE Main All India Rank (AIR), and cutoff for qualifying for JEE Advanced. The AIR obtained by candidates in JEE Main 2018 can be used by JoSAA for admission in the participating institutes.

JEE Main 2018 cut off score is the minimum marks that candidates must secure to qualify the entrance test. The expected cutoff of JEE Main 2018 will be released by coaching institutes soon after the entrance test along with the Answer Key.
