AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2019-AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam) is conducted every year by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University through the offline/online mode. Applicants who are seeking to get admission through AEEE 2019 examination must know about the AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2019 before applying for the same. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University is the organizing authority for the examination which has already released the official brochure related to AEEE eligibility criteria on the official website.

Through this examination, applicants can get admission in undergraduate engineering program offered by its other campuses situated at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Chennai. Selection of applicants for the AEEE admission will be done on the basis of ranks in the examination. AEEE 2019 Registration process has been released from October 19, 2018, for both online and offline mode and the examination will be tentatively held in 3rd and 4th week of April 2019. The applicants avail their AEEE admit card from 5th April 2019 till 10th April 2019 only from the official website of AEEE.

AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2019

As per the guidelines, the conducting bodies have issued some criteria that need to be followed by the applicants to fulfill their dreams. Applicants can get the full information about the AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2019 as we have mentioned below.

  • AEEE Academic Qualification Criteria

The applicants qualified in class 12th or in the equivalent examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply for AEEE 2019 examination. As the applicants from the other states are also eligible to apply for this examination but the all previous qualifications must be affiliated form the nationally recognized boards. The applicants who are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination 2019 are also eligible.

  • AEEE Minimum Qualification Scores Criteria

The applicants have to secure a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in their qualifying examinations (class 12 or equivalents). Those who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) have to secure minimum aggregate 45% of marks to qualify the examination. Minimum 55% marks will be required in each of these subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to become eligible for the same.

  • AEEE Residence Criteria

Applicant belonging to state as the domicile of the state and those who are the Bonafide residents of the state whether they are currently living outside the state or outside the country are also eligible to apply for this examination.

  • AEEE Age Limit Criteria

The applicants born on or after July 1, 1997, will only be eligible to apply.

AEEE Eligibility for International Applicants

  • Applicants must obtain “A” grade/level in the qualifying exam or its equivalent examination.

  • Preference for those applicants who have chosen Advanced Placement Courses.

  • In Class 11th or 12th applicants must have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

  • An applicant who will obtain an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities can also be eligible to apply for the AEEE 2019 Examination.
