AEEE Application Form 2019: This form is the first step to get to the AEEE exam process & it is to be filled by the candidates according to the eligibility criteria. The AEEE application form 2019 consists of the personal details, academic details and payment of the application.

The candidates need to check the eligibility criteria for filling up the AEEE application form 2019. The criterion is based on the parameters decided by the conducting body and this helps the candidates to be able to enter to the AEEE exam by filling up the AEEE application form 2019.

  1. Nationality- Candidate has to be a Resident of India. The NRIs are also eligible to apply. If candidates being OCI/PIO studied in the Indian schools (for last two years) then they can also apply.

  2. Age Limit- The candidates with birth date on or after 1st July 1997 are only eligible to apply. The candidates should be of 17 years by 1st July of the year of admission.

  3. Educational Qualification- The candidates completing these mentioned exams are eligible to apply-

  • Candidates with other open schools are not eligible for AEEE.

  • NIOS candidates can apply.

  • The examinations like GCE (London/Cambridge/Srilanka) at the Advanced (A) level.

  • HSCE of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.

  • Intermediate/2-year Pre-University Examination from other Board / University.

  •  The conclusive exam in10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE, New Delhi)

Modes of AEEE Application form 2019:

The AEEE application form 2019 is available in two modes:

  • Offline mode

  • Online mode

The offline AEEE application form 2019 will be provided only through university counters on the campuses- Amritapuri, Bangalore & Coimbatore campuses. The online AEEE application form 2019 will be filled with the non-refundable fee. The last dates are 10th April and 25th April for CBT & PPT candidates respectively. The AEEE 2019 application form requires details like personal details, academic details, and payment of application form fees. The candidates who have registered completely can participate in the exam. The candidates applying for IIT JEE will be required to fill the AEEE 2019 application form. But these candidates won't give the AEEE exam and will be given seats according to the JEE mains rank.

AEEE 2019 Application form 

The AEEE application form 2019 is released in online and offline mode from the 19th October. The steps of filling the AEEE 2019 application form are given below. The candidates need to check the AEEE eligibility criteria given above which is designed by the concerned authorities.

The steps to fill the online AEEE 2019 application form are given below-

Step 1 – AEEE 2019 Registration

Registration is to be done by entering details asked. The process asks the candidate to enter the details to register and fill the online application form of AEEE 2019:

  • Name

  • Gender

  • DOB

  • Age (as on July 1, 2018)

  • Category of the candidate

  • PH Category (Yes/No)

  • Valid email address/email id

  • Valid mobile number of the candidate

The candidates need to then agree to the declaration part after giving the above-mentioned details.


Step 2 – Enter details:

The candidates need to now provide their personal, academic and contact details. Details are like this- candidate's nationality, father's name, mother's name, Aadhaar Card (optional) and Parent's contact number. The candidates need to provide the contact information. Then the education details for 10th and 12th standard are needed to be provided. Then the mode of admission i.e. AEEE/JEE Main needs to be selected.

Step 3- Uploading the scanned images:

The images to be uploaded need to be scanned according to the specifications given below. If the candidates fail to upload the images will cancel the AEEE 2019 application form.

Step 4 – Preview:

The candidates need to then re-check the information provided in their application form and then go forward to submit the application fee. Editing/modification of submitted application details can be done here. Click on the tab "Continue to Payment".

Step 5 – Fee payment:

The online mode application form is filled and paid for the payment fees in only online mode. The online options are as follows- net banking or credit card/debit card or cash card/wallet.

Application Fees

  • Only AEEE channel - Rs. 1000 

  • Only JEE Channel - Rs. 300

  • Both AEEE & JEE Channel - Rs. 1000 

Offline AEEE 2019 application form:

It is only available at the University counters of Amritapuri, Bangalore & Coimbatore campuses. After taking the form the candidates need to pay the application fee as demand draft in favour of Amrita School of Engineering, at Coimbatore & Chennai. Submission of the details needs to be done and the candidates will receive an SMS with the link to fill the rest details to go further in the process.
